#645 Cheyenne Harmon to Race Montreal SX on a Blackstock Motorsports Yamaha
#645 Cheyenne Harmon has an agreement with Team Blackstock Motorsports Yamaha to compete in the upcoming 2018 Rockstar Energy Triple Crown SX Pro class Montreal Supercross.
Harmon 22, who resides in Dallas, Texas, is heading back north after a successful summer in Canada finishing 10th OA in the 2018 Rockstar Energy Triple Crown MX pro class riding a privateer YZ450F. Harmon also competed in AMA 450 Supercross class this past season, so with this experience he is very excited for Montreal. Cheyenne also has many amateur championships and a Texas state Pro off road championship.
My son, Ryder, met Cheyenne during the Rockstar Energy Triple Crown MX series this summer and became friends and he noticed that he was looking for a ride for Montreal SX. He came over to the shop and asked if we would be interested in helping him out. After a discussion with owners Jim and Josh Michaud it was agreed that we would help out using a bike we have.
Cheyenne will be bringing his SX suspension with him and, with the help of LB Graphics and Natty’s Seats and some GYTR parts, we will have the bike looking great. We are excited to add Supercross to our race team program.
Dustin Heacock – Team manager.
My name is Cheyenne Harmon,
My highlight of Monster Energy Supercross this year was running in the top 5 of my heat race in Arlington, Texas, at AT&T stadium against some of the fastest guys in our sport, who have won championships and main events!
I really enjoyed racing the Canadian outdoor nationals this summer, and it was an experience I’ll never forget! I would have to say, one of the highlights was getting my best overall finish of a 9th overall in Popkum, BC and finishing top 10 overall in the 450 class points. I’m really excited to head to Montreal SX September 15th, and hope I can bring the little bit of experience I have racing the Monster Energy Supercross series with me and mix it up with the top guys!
