Round two of the Transcanada Motorsports / Capitol Motorsports Fall Series was held at Manitoba's newest sanctioned motocross track just outside of Minnedosa on one scorcher of a day.

This year we have been lucky to have had so many out of province riders stop in for a race or two. The latest was Phillip Ballerstaedt of Germany who borrowed a Westside Honda CRF450R and picked up a solid third overall in MX-1 Intermediate.

Fresh off his first moto win in MX-2 Intermediate last weekend in Altona, Braden Jonsson showed up in Minnedosa with something to prove. Jonsson picked up two holeshots and two convincing moto wins for the overall on the day.

Three was the number for Rylin Katazinski. The 50cc 7-8 rider earned a pair of third place moto finishes for third overall.

A new name on my score sheet this week was Kate Lees. Lees and her Kawasaki picked up a third place trophy behind usual suspects Rachel Regier and Lauren Gilmore respectively.
