Who/what inspired you to get onto a dirt bike, and how long have you been racing/riding?
I started racing Honda Z-50’s in my nana and papa’s back yard when I was 6, but didn’t start racing until I was 12. Both my dad and my papa inspired me to start riding and my dad especially for racing, seeing all the old pictures and old bikes in the garage. One day, I had gone up to my dad and said I wanted to ride, later that week we went to my papa and suddenly there were 2 Z-50’s in the back of the truck, and that’s where it started.
What event do you look forward to most every year? What’s one you don’t ever want to miss?
Walton TransCan. The first time I went to TransCan in 2024 it was my second race on my 125. I hadn’t trained ruts whatsoever, so it was definitely a struggle, racing with Pro women along with close to Pro 2-stroke riders, it wasn’t simple. Then in 2025 I decided to try again, but only in the Ladies class, and holy was it so much better! I was much more confident and I knew what was coming from the previous year. I had so much fun both years and I can’t wait to see the new layout and how I do this year!

What are your plans for this upcoming season? Any specific events you’re looking forward to?
My plans for this season is to race all of the AMO provincial rounds, most of the Burnt River rounds, Walton TransCan, and Motopark Huckabucka. I’m looking forward to all the opportunities I’m given this year but specifically Huckabucka. The plan was to race it in 2025 but I ended up getting hurt the weekend before and not being able to race. So, hopefully all goes smoothly this year and I can get that gate drop!
What are your biggest accomplishments to date?
I feel my biggest accomplishment to date is winning a championship my first year of racing. It was at Burnt River in 2023 in the trail bike class on the small track on my Honda CRF 125. It was end of April and was, of course, a mudder. I had won that race and only began to grow my love for moto. By the mid year I had some competition. I’d win some i’d lose some, but I was very consistent keeping me at the top. By the end of the year, it hadn’t fully set in what a championship was but I had a #1 plate on my wall so obviously it had to be good, right?

What is the biggest lesson that racing has taught you so far?
The biggest lesson moto has taught me so far is to never take anything for granted. I’ve seen too many people, including myself, throw most of, if not all, their seasons away all because of a little mistake no one could’ve predicted. So, I think it’s very important to enjoy everything in life and don’t take anything for granted.
What kind of track/dirt/terrain do you feel you excel at most and why?
The first track I ever rode and pretty much learned how to really ride was a hard-packed track, so I feel the harder packed tracks I do better at and more confident at. When racing AMO being introduced to all these different tracks, with all these different dirts and conditions is getting me better at tracks that aren’t hard packed like Gopher Dunes and Sand Del Lee.
If you could give 1 piece of advice to a female of any age who wants to start riding, what would it be?
Never let boys push you around or tell you what you can or can’t do!! Boys or anyone in general will always try and get in your head to get you thinking you’re less than who you really are when in reality, you’re better than even what you think!!
What was your first race number and how did you choose it?
My number has always been 14. I chose it in early 2023 when we were trying to get graphics for my CRF 125. My dad’s race number is/was 11 and my papa’s was 4. So I kinda just combined them and used 14.

Do you see yourself ever competing in the Canadian WMX Triple Crown series? Or have you competed in the WMX Triple Crown Series? What are your thoughts on the series?
I really hope to be competing in the WMX series one day, travelling all over Canada to make my dream a reality. Also, having the opportunity to line up with some of the best women of motocross is insane!!
Who would you like to thank?
I would like to thank my mom, my dad, my whole family, all my friends, the whole AMO team, the whole Burnt River team, my gym trainer, Sam, all the photographers, and a HUGE thank you to my sponsors, I would not be able to do what I am without them: GP Bikes Whitby, Fox Canada, Dunlop, Sunspace Belleville, and Human Solution general contacting.
