Nathan Bles Injured

We heard rumours that Redemption Racing Fly Dragon KTM rider, #10 Nathan Bles from Bayfield, Ontario, was injured while practicing at Gopher Dunes today.

We gave Redemption Racing Team Manager, Josh Snider, a call and he confirmed that Nathan was, in fact, taken to Tillsonburg Hospital emergency to have his left arm looked at after the fall today at the Courtland, Ontario, track.

It is an upper left arm injury that will be assessed at St. Joseph’s Hospital in London, Ontario, Friday morning to decide what the next step is regarding surgery or not to reset the humerus.

With successful surgery, Nathan will be forced to miss the western swing (4 rounds) of the Rockstar Energy MX Nationals before rejoining the team in Ontario at round 5.

This is a big blow for the likeable rider who spent the winter down south training at Club MX and was coming into the 2015 season with great expectations in the MX1 class on his KTM450f.

The question that remains is who will the team get to replace Nathan in the MX1 class to go along with teammate #17 Seth Rarick in the MX2 class with round 1 just 10 short days away?

We want to wish Nathan a successful procedure Friday morning. We will be sure to bring you more information as we receive it here at Direct Motocross.
