Who/what inspired you to get onto a dirt bike and how long have you been racing/riding?

Riding is something my dad introduced me to. It’s a passion I very much share with my dad and brothers. Even my mom is an adrenaline junky. She was very much a driving force to get me racing at the age of 3!

When not on a dirt bike, how do you keep yourself busy? Are you involved in any other sports or extracurricular activities?

I have always been a big reader. I love books and reading! I also picked up running not just in my training but I also did my first ever half-marathon last fall! So training for that was really cool!

As a racer, are there any obstacles you feel a female racer has to deal with that maybe a male racer does not?

I could write a whole book on this, but we’re hitting a really exciting time for women’s sports and women’s motocross! So we’re starting to hopefully bridge the gap and hopefully we see a future where we see less of said obstacles for female racers.

What event do you look forward to most every year?

Up in Canada I really like ECAN. In my opinion it’s a way cooler version of the US amateur nationals! And I love the track and the fans on Sunday!

Who has been your biggest inspiration/hero on and off the track?

It’s hard to name just 1. There’s so many female athletes that inspire me. Sydney McLaughlin-Levrone, Ilona Maher, Eileen Gu. These women aren’t just amazing athletes but have also managed to bring attention to their sports and are so business savvy.

Do you have any pre-race rituals?

I do not, but I get very quiet. I don’t really talk much when I’m in staging, I just keep to myself and like to get focused.

What are your plans for this upcoming season? Any specific events you’re looking forward to?

Well, I’m one week out from leaving for Australia to race for Team USA at the FIM Oceana Women’s Motocross Cup. I’m excited to try and defend my Triple Crown Championship with the Priority MX Thor Gas Gas team! Also, I’ll be racing most of the AMA WMX rounds as well as the SMX Playoffs round at the end of the year.

What are your biggest accomplishments to date?

My 2 Triple Crown WMX East titles. And getting to race for Team USA twice!

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

I actually went back to our interview from 2021, which was almost 5 years ago, and I said I really hope I’m still racing. Which I am and I’m so grateful to be!

But now my answer is I hope I have my own personal training business up and running. I don’t plan on racing professionally at that point, but I’ll always been on a bike just having fun!

Are there any females out there who you feel have paved the way for other girls to be successful in motocross or off road?

Christina Denny! Without her this women’s motocross surge wouldn’t be possible!

If you could give 1 piece of advice to a female of any age who wants to start riding what would it be?

Do it and have fun! Dirt bikes will change your life and they can take you to so many cool places!

Who would you like to thank?

Big s/o to the whole crew over at the priority mx, Thor, Gas Gas team, my parents for sticking it out with me on this crazy journey, and Logan for making the hard days not so hard!
