Who/what inspired you to get onto a dirt bike and how long have you been racing/riding? 

My brother and his friends. I’ve been racing since 2016.  

When not on a dirt bike, how do you keep yourself busy? Are you involved in any other sports or extracurricular activities?

I keep myself busy with schooling and snowboarding. 

From your first ride to where you are now what is something you never thought you would be able to overcome but have?

Hitting the big triples. 

Shelby’s favourite track is Motopark.

What is your favourite track and why?

Motopark because it’s fast and flows nicely. 

What was your biggest accomplishment in racing in 2025?

Winning the 2025 Future West Ladies class. 

What are your plans for this upcoming season?

I’m planning on continue racing the Future West Moto serious. I’m also hoping to do some WMX races! 

What is the biggest lesson that racing has taught you so far?

Being resilient. 

Shelby hopes to race the Canadian Triple Crown WMX Series in 2026.

Do you see yourself ever competing in the Canadian WMX Triple Crown series? 

Yes, I am hoping 2026 is the season I get to race in the WMX Triple Crown Series

What do you want to be when you grow up?

Real Estate agent.
