5 Minutes with…John Dowd

Way back in Ulverton, we grabbed #160 John Dowd for a quick chat as he and his son Ryan were trying to drive out of there and head back to Connecticut. He raced 3 of our Rockstar Energy MX Nationals – Gopher Dunes, Ottawa, and Ulverton – and finished 17-10-8, finished 23rd in the MX1 standings, and earned national #43 for 2016.
Yes, it’s been a few weeks since this interview, but it was the day before his 50th birthday and it was a fun talk, so here it is. Happy belated birthday, John.
